Conditions:

• Additional person per day: 50,00 Euro.
• Arrival and departure days: Saturday and Sunday.
• The chalets are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 1/3 of the total rental cost.
• Late arrivals or early departures will still be charged.
• Small cleaning every Tuesday or Wednesday.
• Pets are accepted (10,00 €/day).

Terms of cancellation:

In case of cancellations made until 30 days before check in, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
In case of cancellations made until 15 days before check in, 80% of the total amount will be charged.
In case of cancellations made until 7 days before check in, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
In case of no show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Covid Special:

If the stay is not possible due to Covid 2019 government restrictions, the amount paid as a deposit will not be considered a penalty but will be converted into a voucher to be used freely in the future after checking availability.
